insights internally to improve platform services, product development, and user experience

Account Closure and Takedowns

• Account closure does not automatically result in immediate removal of distributed content from digital

service providers

• Takedown requests remain subject to Times Two’s operational procedures and third party partner

processing timelines

• Times Two may retain content, release history, royalty statements, accounting records, and

communications for legal, audit, tax, compliance, and business purposes after account closure
