DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY

Times Two Music Group respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of its
platform and services (the “Services”) to do the same.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Copyright Respect and User Responsibility
Users may upload music, videos, artwork, images, text, and other materials (“Content”) through the
Services.
By uploading Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and approvals required to upload, distribute,
monetize, license, or otherwise use such Content through the Services
- Your Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, publicity, privacy,
contractual, or other rights of any third party
- All samples, beats, instrumentals, producer contributions, songwriter contributions, features, artwork,
visual content, and any other third-party materials have been fully cleared and authorized
- All metadata, ownership splits, publishing information, and rights details provided to Times Two are
accurate and complete
Times Two reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, disable access to, reject, suspend, investigate,
or terminate Content or accounts that violate this Policy, our Terms, our Distribution Terms Agreement, or
applicable law.
2. Content Monitoring and Enforcement
Times Two may review, monitor, investigate, and verify Content uploaded to the Services in order to ensure
compliance with:
- This Policy
- Our Terms of Service
- Our Distribution Terms Agreement
- Applicable laws
- Platform partner rules and requirements
Times Two reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- Remove, restrict, or disable access to Content
- Delay, reject, or suspend distribution submissions
- Suspend or disable monetization
- Freeze, delay, offset, or withhold payouts related to disputed, suspicious, unauthorized, or infringing
Content
- Request proof of ownership, licenses, clearances, agreements, metadata, or split confirmations
- Place temporary holds on releases pending investigation
- Suspend or terminate accounts for actual or suspected infringement
Times Two may take any such action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the platform
- comply with legal obligations
- satisfy third-party partner requirements
- prevent fraud or abuse
- protect rights holders
Times Two shall have no liability for actions reasonably taken under this Policy.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Times Two maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat, material, or intentional intellectual property
violations.
Users who repeatedly upload infringing, unauthorized, or disputed Content may be subject to:
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Permanent loss of access to the Services
- Forfeiture or withholding of unpaid earnings related to disputed or infringing Content, to the extent
permitted by law
- Restrictions on future submissions
Times Two reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a violation has occurred.
4. Platform Partner Compliance
Users acknowledge that Times Two works with third-party distributors, digital streaming platforms,
payment processors, content identification services, rights management vendors, and related partners.
As a result:
- Third-party platforms may independently remove, block, restrict, demonetize, or delay Content
- Times Two may be required to comply with platform takedown, dispute, audit, or enforcement requests
- Platform partner systems may flag, claim, or restrict Content automatically
- Royalty reporting, monetization, or payouts may be delayed, reduced, or affected by partner actions
Times Two is not liable for delays, interruptions, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party partners related
to rights claims, compliance, platform policies, or operational issues.
5. No Guarantee of Content Availability
Times Two does not guarantee that any uploaded Content will remain available, monetized, distributed, or
accessible at all times.
Content may be removed, restricted, delayed, disabled, demonetized, or otherwise affected due to:
- Rights disputes
- Metadata conflicts
- Platform compliance issues
- Legal claims
- Fraud prevention reviews
- Operational concerns
- Third-party partner requirements
Times Two shall not be liable for losses, damages, lost revenue, or missed opportunities arising from such
actions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Times Two shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive
damages arising out of or relating to Content disputes, takedowns, claims, investigations, monetization
interruptions, or enforcement actions
- Times Two’s total liability in connection with any Content dispute or claim shall not exceed the total fees
retained by Times Two from the applicable Content during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
7. Copyright Claims
If you believe that Content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a
written notice to Times Two.
Your notice should include:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work at issue
- Information identifying the allegedly infringing Content
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
- A statement confirming the accuracy of your claim
Times Two may review and investigate all claims and take action it deems appropriate under this Policy.
